Grantham Journal - 16 October - 1897 - Robert Moor, hawker of fruit, was remanded on Monday, at Gateshead, on a charge of causing the death of Margaret Pope, with whom he had been loving. He struck her, causing a paraffin lamp, which she was carrying, to explode, and her clothing catching fire, she was fatally burnt.
