Description: Early C19. 2 storeys stucco front with vermiculated quoins, banded rustication to ground floor. Hipped lead sheathed roof, projecting eaves on heavy brackets. 3 windows to 1st floor, recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills, Venetian shutters and fretted blind cases. Ground floor: large full length bow window in curved bay, sash, glazing bars, plain strips, block sill. Serpentine roofed verandah on cast iron columns with palm leaf capitals. Single storey wings of 2 windows flanking main block. Stone rubble with stucco parapet and cornice, articulated by stucco Doric pilasters. Windows recessed, round headed, glazing bars, moulded stucco surrounds and keystones. Entrance to side.
