IWCP – 13 October 1951 – Newport - Octogenarian’s Death. – The death occurred at 36 Orchard Street, on Sunday, of Mr. Henry Hall, aged 88. Mr. Hall, a native of the Island, had been employed by Messrs. J. W. Wooldridge, Ltd., for 61 years. He had been a keen supporter of the Football Club for a great many years, and was among the oldest members of the Oddfellows. The funeral service at the Victoria Methodist Church on Wednesday was conducted by the Rev. W. C. Cardy.
