IWCP – 14 January 1928 – Newport – DEATH OF MRS. R. H. GEORGE. – Sincere sympathy is felt with Mr. R. H. George, of Messrs. Fisk and Fisher, in the sad bereavement he sustained on Monday by the death of his wife at the early age of 39. The deceased, who leaves three young children, had been in failing health for nearly two years. The funeral took place yesterday (Friday) afternoon, the Vicar (Canon C. H. Thompson) officiating both at the service in the Parish Church and at the interment in Carisbrooke Cemetery.
