Isle of Wight County Press – 20 April 1935 - NEWPORT - OBITUARY. – …Miss Annie Caws, aged 68, died on Tuesday at Oakdene, Church-road, Binstead. She was the daughter of a former draper, of Ryde, and one of the survivors of a family of five daughters and one son. She formerly resided at The Oaks, Shide-road. The funeral will take place to-day (Saturday) at Carisbrooke Cemetery, the Rev. C. S. Stooks (rector of Binstead) officiating.
