Isle of Wight Mercury - 17 May 1856 - RYDE - OBITUARY._We regret to have to record the decease of Mrs. Grace Kent, who died on Friday last, May 9th, aged 92. The deceased lady was the widow of the late Colonel Kent, and mother of the late gallant Colonel W. H. Dennie, of H.M. 13th regiment of Light Infantry, who distinguished himself by his gallantry at Ghuznee, Bameean and Jellalabad, and was slain in the last fierce struggle.
