IWCP - 11 April 1936 - NEWPORT - FORMER GASWORKS EMPLOYER'S DEATH. - The death took place at 7 Hunnyhill on Wednesday of Mr. Eli Hall, aged 62, who was an esteemed employee of the Gas Company for 46 years, having for many years been leading stoker at the works. He leaves a widow and grown-up family. The funeral will take place at Newport Cemetery on Monday.
