IWCP - 6 February 1926 - NEWPORT - THE DEATH OF MR. THOMAS HENRY P. FRANKLIN, - aged 75, baker and grocer, of 62 Pyle-street, on Thursday, removed a respected tradesman of the town, and one who was for many years an enthusiastic worker in the Wesleyan Church. He came to Newport from Southsea in 1915, and was a circuit steward. He leaves a widow and two daughters. There will be a service at the Wesleyan Church on Monday, and the interment will be at Carisbrooke Cemetery.
