Description: Formerly No 35 Upper St James's Street.
Early C19 3 storeys purple grey headers with red brick dressings. Hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves. 3 windows recessed, sash glazing bars have been replaced, block sills flat brick arches. 1st floor originally had flat fronted bow window, this has been replaced by 2 windows in early C19 style. Ground floor 2 doorways with semi-circular fanlights.
