Description: Late C19 or early C20. Cottage of 2 storeys in red brick showing possible William Morris-Butterfield influence. Gable end slate roof with diamond cut brick eaves cornice. West front to road has 2 windows on ground floor only. 2 light casements camber headed, with inset grey brick pointed arches above, bricks set in herringbone pattern in tympanum. Gabled wing to east: one casement on both floors. Entrance to south, recessed plain cottage door set back in porch with pointed arch and square turret above with pyramid slate roof, oeuil-de-boeuf on 1st floor. The porch and turret are set in the angle of the east wing and main block.
